We have a limited pet policy and all pets are strictly by approval only. Please include all pet details on your application.

The security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent.

The security deposit will be forwarded to Service New Brunswick (SNB). The deposit would be refunded in full if you choose to leave, provided the unit is left in the same cleanliness and condition it was when first moved in.

All of our buildings have a “non smoking of any kind” policy. This also applies to the balconies.

We require three months’ notice prior to the end-of-lease date. That time will start from the first day of the next month after the notice is given.
